Tank Specifications:

  • Tank Type: 210 BBL Vertical Tank, Flat Bottom.
  • Material: Carbon Steel.
  • Design and Materials Standard: In strict accordance with API 12F standards.
  • Monogram Requirement: Not required as per API 12F.
  • Hydro Test Witnessing: Owner had the privilege to witness the hydro test, ensuring the tank’s structural integrity.

Construction Details:

  1. Tank Dimensions:
    • Diameter: 10′ (3.04m)
    • Height: 15′ (4.57m)
    • Plate Thickness: 5mm
  2. Connections and Features:
    • All connections meticulously aligned with API 12F tables, ensuring seamless integration into the broader energy infrastructure.
    • Inclusion of a 24″ x 36″ cleanout door for accessibility and maintenance purposes.
    • Bracket clips and ladder installation to facilitate safe access to the tank.
  3. Nozzles Connections:
    • Threaded plugs supplied and installed for all nozzle connections, guaranteeing a secure and functional setup.
  4. Thief Hatch:
    • Installation of a blind flange for the thief hatch, contributing to the tank’s safety and operational integrity.
  5. Coating and Finishing:
    • Tank primed and painted with the preferred color RAL-1015, not just meeting but exceeding aesthetic expectations.
